Peter Dowd MP, in UK Parliamentary Question Time, raised the debacle of Canadian Frozen Pensioner's "End of Life" forms that never arrived from UK DWP. There was no satisfactory answer to the question. Additionally (and not asked for) there was the usual blah blah "the situation for 70 years has been....." Video is here

BPiA welcomes the appointment of Amanda Rishworth as Minister for Social Services. Ms Rishworth supported our campaign for a fair pension by moving a motion in the House of Representatives in 2008. See here. We are confident she remains constant in her opinion of right and wrong and will use her new position as a springboard for Australian Government action on this issue.
BPiA had a successful day at the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Fair Day! British Pensions in Australia Inc. (BPiA) had a stall at this year’s Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras Fair. The Fair was held on Sunday 20th February in Victoria Park, Camperdown. The Fair was forecast to attract over 60,000 visitors and with the beautiful weather and the easing of Covid restrictions may well have attracted even more.
