"If I were to live south of the Niagara Falls, in the US, I would receive the annual increase."  So says a disgruntled victim of UK discrimination living in Canada.  Read this recent article in the UK's Telegraph Online, which again makes the forceful point that no amount of British obfuscation and obstruction can deny the injustice of selectively freezing state pensions.  The article, which is read widely, goes on to point out that the recent, post-Brexit slump in the Pound has added to the pain of expats dependent on UK pensions.
