BPiA welcomes the appointment of Amanda Rishworth as Minister for Social Services. Ms Rishworth supported our campaign for a fair pension by moving a motion in the House of Representatives in 2008. See here. We are confident she remains constant in her opinion of right and wrong and will use her new position as a springboard for Australian Government action on this issue.

Successful Day for BPiA at Sydney Mardi Gras Fair Day

UK Department of Work & Pensions confirms reciprocal agreement not needed

Department of Work & Pensions confirms reciprocal agreement not needed In answer to a "Freedom of Information" request, the UK DWP has confirmed that a reciprocal social services agreement is not required to "unfreeze" UK Pensions. Australian Ministers again confirm support for our Campaign!
